Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was cozy and clean, with friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Truro city was lovely, although the uphill walk back was a bit of a workout. Overall, a comfy stay for a couple of days.
My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms were small but adequate and pleasant, and we enjoyed a window table during breakfast with a great buffet selection. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with the quality time we needed. The location was perfect for walking into town and exploring further. The dining experience was excellent, offering a choice of delicious breakfast options. However, the rooms were a bit small with limited electrical points, and there was only one small mirror.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The room on the second floor in the older part of the building near the boundary with a neighboring property had everything we needed, was clean, and recently refurbished. Staying in accessible room 28 with its own parking space and wet room was ideal. The staff provided very polite and helpful service throughout my entire stay, making it a wonderful base to discover Cornwall. The location was fantastic, being centrally located for Truro and a short drive to all points of interest in Cornwall. The dining experience was great, with good breakfast options. Overall, a welcoming place with lively hosts and excellent value for money.
The hotel is nestled at the top of a hill, offering a good location with easy access to local restaurants and the town center. The service is friendly and accommodating, making for a welcoming stay. The dining experience is fantastic with a great variety of fresh products, although a wider selection of cheeses and meats could enhance it. Overall, a restful stay with lovely amenities, but with slight accessibility limitations for some visitors.
